This is LeoVegas's calling card. The mobile app (iOS and Android) is the best we've tested across all 10 casinos in our review. And it's not close.

The app was clearly the starting point of the design, not a scaled-down version of a desktop site. Games are organised intuitively by category, popularity, and your personal favourites. The search is fast. The game tiles are the right size for thumbs. Loading times are minimal. The live casino streams are rock-solid on mobile, with an interface that makes excellent use of limited screen real estate.

During our tests, live chat wait times averaged 6-10 minutes, which is the longest of any casino we reviewed. One evening test had us waiting over 12 minutes before connecting to an agent. Once connected, the agent was friendly but took a long time to resolve a straightforward question about bonus terms.

Email support is available 24/7, with response times of 8-24 hours in our testing. That's slow.

The help centre is thorough and well-structured, which partially compensates for the weaker live support. Many questions can be answered without contacting support at all. The self-service options for deposit limits, bonus status, and transaction history are well designed and genuinely useful.

Given the quality of the rest of the product, the customer support is the one area where LeoVegas feels like it hasn't invested enough. A casino this good shouldn't have support this mediocre.
